The selection for the 2004 pageant takes place from June-July, 2004.
Congratulations to Chelsea Milne, Miss Canada Teen Global 2003, for placing second runner-up and top talent at the international level of competition in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She won a karaoke machine, a gift basket and U.S. ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR SCHOLARSHIP to an institution of her choice.
Here is Chelsea in her national costume for this event. She represented Canada with class and pride.
